Refund policy
How billing works, how to cancel, and what happens to your access when you do.
Last updated: 25 October 2026
1. The 14-day right on a first payment
Wherever you live, you have 14 calendar days from your first payment for Witan Strategy to cancel and ask for that payment back in full. The refund is made in the currency you actually paid. This right applies to a first payment only, and once per person. It does not apply to a renewal.
2. How to use it
Go to witanway.com/cancel/withdraw and open a withdrawal request. It takes two steps: you make the request, then you confirm it. We email you a record carrying the date and time of both, and we return the amount to the payment method you used. Once a full refund has gone through, your paid access ends straight away.
3. Renewals, and stopping the next payment
Membership is billed in advance and renews automatically until you cancel. Outside the 14-day first-payment window, a charge that has already been taken is not refunded, except where the law that applies to you requires it or where we decide to issue one. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not refund the period already paid for. A monthly plan stops at the next billing date, and an annual plan runs to the end of the period. Before an annual membership renews, we send a reminder 30 days in advance.
4. Partial refunds, and access we have given you
If we issue a partial refund as a gesture, your access is unaffected and runs to the end of the period. Access we have granted as a courtesy, rather than sold, is not withdrawn by a refund, there was no payment to return.
5. Who processes your payment
Your subscription is sold by Witan Way, LLC, which provides and supports the Service and answers for it. Payments are processed by Stripe on our behalf: your card details go to Stripe and are never stored by us. Stripe handles the transaction; it does not sell the Service.
6. Asking a question, or asking us to look again
Write to support@witanway.com. You can also manage or cancel your subscription yourself, at any time, from your account or from witanway.com/cancel.
7. Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law that applies to you, including any statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Where those rights give you more than this policy does, they apply.
