Stop the next payment

This cancels the automatic renewal. Nothing is refunded, and nothing is charged again.

You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. A monthly plan stops at the next billing date; an annual plan runs to the end of the year you paid for.

Withdraw and ask for a full refund

This cancels the membership and returns the amount you paid, in the currency you paid it in.

It applies to a first payment only, within 14 calendar days of that payment, and once per person. It does not apply to a renewal.

Once the refund has gone through, your paid access ends straight away.

Start a withdrawal and refund request

Stopping the next payment keeps what you bought until it runs out. Withdrawing returns your money and ends the access with it. One is not a stronger version of the other.
