This is the address for anything about how the portfolio is built, what a figure means, or what your subscription covers. If the answer would help the next reader, it ends up on the FAQ page rather than staying in a private reply.
Your data, and what we hold about you
Access, correction, deletion, or a question about what we collect. This address exists separately so a data request is never buried in a support queue.
What we cannot do
Three things we will turn down, stated in advance.
- We do not give personal investment advice, and we cannot tell you what to buy or sell.
- We do not review your portfolio, comment on your holdings, or answer questions about whether a particular product suits you.
- We do not take on discretionary management, and we never hold client money.
